Professor Emeritus Peter Dale Scott, (UC-Berkeley) was a Canadian diplomat before turning to academia. Among his own research interests are the JFK assassination, the military-industrial-espionage complex and the mysteries surrounding 9/11/01, leading Scott to conclude that there appears to be a rogue element within the American elite who found the murder of 3,000 of their fellow citizens to be convenient for furthering their own goals.
